Displacement with external forces
Noliac's piezo technology course teaches you not only about piezo materials, components and possible use in applications, but also about important mechanical considerations. If you wish to maximize the utility of your application or your piezo component, attend the next course on September 17th and 18th 2007.
Multilayer rings with higher reliability
Tests at extreme conditions have revealed that Noliac ring shaped actuators have higher reliability than any other piezoelectric actuators. The ring shape provides a more homogeneous distribution of electrical and mechanical stresses and so significantly improves life time even at extreme perating conditions.
Optimize energy harvesting by new testing
By simulating rapid acceleration conditions with an impact tester, Noliac is able to characterize a wide range of piezoelectric generators. By applying a short force impulse onto a piezoelectric generator, the piezo ceramic can be tested up to its breaking point
Reduction of noise and vibrations
"Actuator design of active trailing edge of a helicopter rotor blade" is the title of the paper which Noliac's R&D Engineer Flemming Jensen is a co-author of. The aim is to reduce vibration, noise and shaft power consumption.
Enjoyment and hard work

Export engineering student Ninet Richardt has been trainee in Noliac's Global Sales department since February 2007. She strongly recommends students to become trainees at Noliac. - I chose Noliac because I felt welcomed at the first meeting with my supervisors, Ninet explains

ICAT 50th International Smart Actuators Symposium
Research adn Development Engineer Flemming Jensen will speak about new piezoelectric actuators at the ICAT 50th International Smart Actuators Symposium. Further, Noliac will have an exhibition at the event.
International Defence Industry Exhibition
Noliac's distributor E.C. Electronics in Poland will represent Noliac at the International Defence Industry Exhibition at Kielce Trade Fairs 2007 in Kielce, Poland, from September 3rd to 6th 2007.
