Bjørn Andersen   Founder & Chief Technical Officer of Noliac Group   Chairman of the Board   M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from The Technical University of Denmark. Founded Noliac and developed technology for making reliable stack actuators. Acquired Ferroperm Multilayer division in 2000 and merged with Noliac.   Solid experience and know-how about piezo technology, multilayer manufacturing and application of multilayer actuators.

Jens Rysgaard Member of the Board of Directors Lawyer, has been the legal advisor for Noliac since 1997 and vice chairman since 2001.
