| PRESS RELEASE - Noliac acquires Czech Piezoceram |
|
As of November 3rd 2006, Noliac has acquired a majority share of the Czech company Piezoceram s.r.o., which is specialized in small and medium series of high quality piezoceramics. - We are very pleased with this acquisition, CEO & Founder of Noliac Bjørn Andersen states.
With this acquisition, Noliac expands their product range and strengthens its position on the global market. As Noliac is already a multinational company with employees from all over the world, working with different nationalities comes easily to the employees.

| Noliac has always been conscious about the environment in their production and purchasing efforts. Therefore, compliance with the EU "Restriction of Hazardous Substances" (RoHS) Directive 2002/95/EC is very important for Noliac. |

| Humidity and reliability |
| Piezoelectric actuators are often used in tough environments including high humidity and elevated temperature. Unfortunately, high humidity levels might cause reliability issues, especially at elevated temperature and high electrical field strength, but there are solutions to this problem! |

| Johnson & Johnson audit |
| In November 2006 Johnson & Johnson audited Noliac's production of piezoelectric multilayer components. They were very satisfied with the efforts carried out by Noliac employees and the quality system in general. |

| Piezo generator in self-powered hearing aid |
| Prodigy! Inc. participated in the Shad Cup National Competition in Canada and were placed 2nd! They unleashed Quae, a piezoelectric generator designed to replace the conventional hearing aid battery. |

| Qualitative evaluation |
| Noliac is right now giving high priority to improvement of products and services. Starting with a quantitative analysis and supplementing with qualitative interviews with key customers, in-depth knowledge of Noliac’s strengths and points of improvements have been gained. |
