With reference to the Managing Director, you will get the full responsibility for the company’s production at two sites and for securing the achievement of the production’s strategic and financial goals.

As Production Manager you will be a part of the company’s management group and an important person in regards to cooperation with other departments and managers, e.g. Technical Manager, Quality Manager and sales representatives.

Your primary tasks are to ensure delivery of all orders correctly and in due time. Knowledge of ISO9001, Helios and REACH is an advantage. Knowledge of MS Office is a criteria. 

Talent for leadership

You have experience in working with customised solutions and have minimum 5 years of experience as leader from a similar position.

Your practical insight is supplemented with a high school or master degree level in the profession of chemistry (e.g. inorganic technology, material engineering, mechanical engineering, ceramic, physics, electro or acoustic). You have experience with production and time planning, preferably from a process technology company.

You have experience with managing of a production team, and you will have responsibility for delivery in time and for keeping performance standards.

Most importantly, you have a substantial drive, take responsibility and manifest reliable leadership. You are clear in your communication and have the ability to maintain a comprehensive view in hectic situations.

As a manager, you are good at balancing expectation and you are proactive, and it is thus natural for you to take care of issues before they develop into problems. We expect you to be positive, honest, open minded, pro-active, motivated, enthusiastic and loyal. 

Last, but not least, you speak and write English and Czech fluently.
