Eight times force in new piezo bender 

Pioneering Noliac Motion has developed a 21 mm x 7 mm x 2.5 mm piezo bender with a blocking force of 8.5 N, which is eight times higher than competing piezo benders, and still with reasonable high displacement of +/- 62 µm. The bender is a revolutionary invention developed according to customer requirements in just five weeks.

Noliac Motion engineers designed the bender which met all the expectations of our customer in terms of size, operating voltage, free displacement and blocking force.

Within five weeks, 20 prototypes of the new high force bender were delivered to the customer, who was pleased with the result and the short delivery time for a customized bender. The short delivery time enabled our customer to accelerate his application development.

Normal delivery time of customized solutions is 4 to 8 weeks depending upon the complexity and technology demands of the components.
