| Noliac has put down a roadmap to expand its production facility. They have taken the first step with a new advanced tape casting machine, which enables a significant higher production capacity. Further, it has the capability of producing 10 µm ceramic layers in special cases. |

| Noliac's unique piezo technology course has been offered for more than 3 years, and the next course is running on May 14th and 15th in Denmark. |

| Mr. Cedric Goueffon has been appointed Global Sales Manager as of April 12th 2007. Cedric has been employed at Noliac for 6 years and is an important and influential part of the sales team. Furthermore, he is product manager for actuator products. |

| Piezoceram’s production line in Stropkov in eastern Slovakia is being moved to Hradec Kralove in the Czech Republic. Moving of the line is a natural step in the continuous improvement of Noliac business. |
