New Managing Director of Noliac Ceramics

As of October 1st 2008, Mr. Petr Bubla, M.Sc.Chem, is Managing Director of Noliac Ceramics. Previously, Mr. Bubla has worked as Plant Manager and member of the Executive Managing Team at Hartmann-Rico j.s.c. Further, he has held the position as General Manager of BIOSTER.

Excellent management experience

- Since its establishment in 2000, Noliac Ceramics has had a progressive growth. I am looking forward to being a part of this dynamic company and adding my experience to the future development, Mr. Bubla explains.

With Mr. Bubla's experience in the medical industry at Hartmann-Rico and BIOSTER, he has the expertise to manage and lead the company towards the achievement of the strategic objectives. The company will continue its specialization in small and medium series of high quality piezoceramics enabling development of new materials and new designs.  

- My challenge lies in understanding the piezo technology in full, Mr. Bubla continues. - But having a broad and successful experience in management and leadership, I have the prerequisites of securing the development of the company with the existing team of piezo experts.

Expertise maintained and developed

Mr. Miroslav Boudyš, who is one of the founders of the company, formerly held the position as Managing Director, R&D Manager and Sales Manager. As the company grows, sharing these positions between more employees is essential.

Mr. Boudyš will now dedicate his time to research and development, which has his foremost interest. Further, he will still maintain the position as Sales Manager. 

The excellent expertise of Mr. Boudyš will thereby be maintained and developed even further.
