New top management in Noliac Group

As Noliac Group has expanded during the past three years, the company has a larger need for management, structure and focus upon organisational and cooperational aspects. Thus, the Board has chosen to appoint a top management group as of June 1st 2009 consisting of Ole Wibom, Bjørn Andersen, Lotte J. Beck and Mikael Klempel.

Ole Wibom is appointed CEO (Chief Executive Officer) with the overall responsibility for Noliac Group. Ole Wibom is continuously Managing Director of Noliac Motion.

Bjørn Andersen is founder of Noliac Group and appointed CTO (Chief Technical Officer) with responsibility for new business development, acquisitions and larger strategic projects which are of outmost importance for the Noliac Group. Further, Bjørn Andersen is appointed Chairman of the Board and owns continuously more than 60% of the shares of the company.

Lotte J. Beck is appointed CHRO (Chief Human Resource Manager) with responsibility for competence development, education, cooperation, internal and external communication.

Mikael Klempel is appointed CFO (Chief Financial Officer) with responsibility of finance of the group.

The Board’s conviction is that the new top management group has the shared competences to lift and fulfil the task of strengthening Noliac Group towards future goals.
