Noliac provides miniature actuators less than one cubic milimetre for the EU framework regarding Universal and Flexible Coordinate Metrology for Micro and Nano Components Production (NanoCMM). The project started in December 2006 and runs for 54 months.
Optimization of cutting edge products is now made possible for participants at the piezo technology course in October 2007 in the Netherlands. The course was arranged by Noliac’s distributor HEINMADE.
Noliac's plate benders can be clamped in both ends either by mechanical clamping or gluing. The plate benders in the double-clamp configuration will generate four times the blocking force and one-fourth the deflection obtained in a simple cantilever configuration.
