Quick delivery of 60V piezo actuators
Noliac Motion’s standard 60V piezo actuators of 3 mm x 3 mm x 2 mm and 5 mm x 5 mm x 2 mm are available from stock and thus applicable for quick delivery. The components may be stacked granting you free displacement up to 56 µm.
Ceramic multilayer actuator plates
Noliac Motion’s ceramic multilayer actuator plates (CMAP) are typically used when a low displacement at high force is required. Noliac CMAP's are cofired monolithic piezoelectric low voltage actuators that convert an electrical input to a very high-resolution linear movement at high force.
Noliac CMAP's are manufactured with ceramic layer thickness down to 20 µm as standard in order to allow very low operating voltage for full performance of the piezo material. Noliac CMA's are mostly made to customer specifications, but a wide range of parts is available from stock as well.
Higher strain and lower voltage
Compared to conventional piezo actuators, Noliac's standard 60V piezo actuators have these advantages:

- Low operating voltage
60V piezo components may thus advantageously be used in many applications, such as medical equipment, micro- & nano positioning or instrumentation.
