Large piezoelectric components for commercial applications

Size matters!
Applications that use piezo components require very different sizes depending on the functionality of the application. Cedric Goueffon, Global Sales Manager at Noliac A/S, explains:

- There are so many different possibilities, where piezo components can be used. Applications such as sonar systems often require very large piezo components, and we have the capabilities to accommodate these types of requests. For instance, we can produce large rings with an outer diameter of 185 mm and tubes with an outer diameter up to 140 mm. We have no standard sizes, so the components are made in the specific size requested to match your application.

Tubes, disc or a custom shape?
We can produce all the most common shapes, or we can custom design the shape of the components. Cedric Goueffon explains:

- All our products are custom made to match specific customer requirements. However, the most common shapes are tubes, rings, plates or discs, which fit most applications. In some cases, a custom designed shape is preferred, due to the design of the specific application. The custom designed shape ensures easy integration in the application.
