Parallelism

Parallelism ensures optimal performance of your piezo actuator stacks. Noliac offers parallelism with high accuracy for stacks with cross sections of 5x5 mm, 7x7 mm and 10x10 mm and a variety of lengths. 10x10 mm stacks have a plane parallelism of <10µm, and 7x7 mm stacks have a plane parallelism of <5µm.
